The New Data Quality Analysis pane enables you to configure and run an analysis on one or more exposure views or contracts in Portfolio Mode or on a single contract in Underwriting Contract Mode.

The New Data Quality Analysis pane contains the following fields, areas, and buttons:

Field

Description

Analysis Target

Specifies the target or targets for this analysis. To select multiple analysis targets, click the down arrow and select the analysis targets that you want to use.

Note:

This field is only applicable to Portfolio Mode.

Percent of Non-Geocoded Exposure

Displays the percent of exposure data that has not been geocoded. The percent is based on location count. If the percent of non-geocoded data is high, you may want to fix your exposure data before running an analysis.

Data Quality Diagnostics

Specifies the settings for the diagnostics used in an analysis:

Validate and Score

Diagnostics: Score Data, Validate Data, and Create Rating Agency Reports

Benchmark

Diagnostics: Review Industry Data and Compare with Industry Data

Augment

Diagnostic: Enhance with Property-Specific Data and/or User-Specified Values

Note:

Select the check box next to each diagnostic that you want to run and then configure the corresponding settings. Clear the check box next to each diagnostic that you do not want to run.

Analysis Prefix

Enter a prefix to distinguish between analysis results when you run an analysis with multiple targets. The field appears only when you have selected multiple analysis targets.

Analysis Name

Specifies the name that you want to assign to this analysis. Leave the default name, which includes the exposure view name or the contract ID and the type of analysis, or enter a unique alphanumeric identifier for this analysis.

This field is only applicable to Portfolio Mode.

Run

Runs this analysis using the settings that you have specified.
