Download a Tropical Cyclone PDF report

You can create a Tropical Cyclone PDF report summarizing events and their attributes for both stochastic and historical events.

You can download PDF reports summarizing events and event characteristics for each selected Event ID added to the My Collection tab.

Events summary include a list of Event IDs and a map view of storm tracks.

Event characteristics include:

  • Landfall attributes.
  • Industry losses at both event level and regional level for the US region. For historical events, the report will show the Event name.
  • Landfall intensity footprints.

Procedure

  1. Click on Create Report icon in the My Collections tab.
    A new dialogue box opens.
  2. Optionally, input a name for your report in the text field.
  3. Optionally, you can also input notes.
  4. Click on Create button.

Results

Catalog Viewer generates a PDF report with your suggested name and notes. The report will detail the Stochastic events, then the Historical events including the Actual year of occurrence for those events.
