Model data disk space requirements

Verisk offers model data in two packages.

The following table summarizes the disk space requirements for these two packages (10K/50K/500K and 100K).

Note: Previous model versions require approximately 1,970 gigabytes (GB) of disk space.

* If the precipitation flood sub-peril is licensed for the Verisk Hurricane Model for the United States, then model disk space requirements will increase by approximately 650 gigabytes (GB) to account for flood physical property files. If, however, the Verisk Inland Flood Model for the United States is also licensed, then these files are shared by the two models and model disk space requirements are as shown in the table.
