Performing a Review Industry Data Diagnostic

Since this report extracts insured value industry data from AIR's Industry Exposure Database, you do not have to select an exposure set.

Procedure

To run a Data Quality Analysis with a Review Industry Data diagnostic:

  1. Create a new Data Quality Analysis.
  2. Under Benchmark, select Review Industry Data and then select the options in the Review Industry Data Options pane.

To extract data only for locations with wood frame construction, select Wood in the Construction list.

  3. To narrow the scope of the exposure data being analyzed, click Analysis Filters.

You can analyze only exposures with a total replacement value above or below a specific value.

  4. Click Analysis Management to configure analysis-specific functions.
  5. [Optional] In the Analysis Prefix field, enter a prefix to distinguish between analysis results when you run an analysis with multiple targets.

The field appears only after you have selected multiple targets.

  6. In the Analysis Name field, if the analysis target is a single exposure view or contract, you can leave the default, which is the exposure view name or the contract ID and the type of analysis, or you can enter a unique alphanumeric identifier.

If the analysis target includes multiple exposure views or contracts, you cannot change the default name, which is "Auto name ('n' items)".

    Tip:

Entering some combination of the exposure view name along with the analysis type enables you to quickly find result sets in the Activity Monitor.

  7. Click Run.

Touchstone adds the project to the Activity Monitor queue for processing when the required system resources are available.

  8. View the analysis results.
