- Working with search results of Tropical Cyclone
  You can view and sort your Tropical Cyclone search results in several ways.
- View landfall characteristics of an event
  You can view detailed landfall characteristics of a selected event on the Results panel.
- View industry loss numbers from a Tropical Cyclone event
  You can view industry loss numbers associated with a selected event. You can also view industry loss numbers by region for the selected event.
- View hourly points for a Tropical Cyclone event
  You can view the value of various event parameters at each hourly point in the storm track for a given event.
- View intensity footprints for a Tropical Cyclone event
  You can view the wind-speed intensity and storm surge intensity footprints of the selected events on the map and Download the image containing these footprints.
- Apply a filter on the results panel
  You can filter the list of events using event attributes in the Stochastic Events, Historical Events, and My Collection tabs.
- Sort the results tab
  You can sort the list of events using event attributes in the in the Stochastic Events, Historical Events, and My Collection tabs.
- Add and remove events from My Collection
  You can add up to 25 selected events of your interest to the My Collection tab from one or multiple searches to understand the real-time impact of those events on your portfolio.
- View metrics of the historical wildfire on the results grid
  You can view the detailed metrics of the selected historical wildfire event on the Results tab.

Working with search results of Tropical Cyclone

You can view and sort your Tropical Cyclone search results in several ways.

The Results panel of the Verisk Catalog Viewer displays the selected Event IDs from stochastic and historical catalogs. It also displays the events which pass through your applied search criteria. Historical event sets are currently displayed only for North Atlantic Historical Hurricane Catalogs.

The Results panel for the Tropical Cyclone consists of three tabs.

Historical Events
My Collection

From the Tropical Cyclone Results panel, you can:

View event summary for the targeted event IDs.
View and download event IDs, landfall information, and Touchstone/TouchstoneTouchstone Re model-related data to comma-separated value format.
View detailed information about each hourly point in a storm track with Saffir-Simpson hurricane wind scale-based track representation.
View detailed information about intensity footprint for wind speed and storm surge.
View industry loss at the event level for the US region.
Save events of interest to the My Collection tab.
View and download PDF reports providing events summary and displaying event ID attributes, industry losses for US region, and landfall intensity footprints with maps for each selected event ID added to My Collection tab.
Compare the data between Stochastic Events and Historical Events after adding the events to the My Collection tab.
