Copying and Exporting Loss Results To a Database
You can copy and export Loss and Loss Group data to an existing or new Result database for further analysis or review.
You can export losses that were saved by layer & geography and by layer & location.
The exported data retains the same structure as the source data except that it resides on a single database. While you can export the data to a single database, the underlying exposure sets in the source data may reside on multiple databases.
When you copy loss results or loss groups to an existing database, AIR ExportExpress duplicates them within the context of the destination project that you select. If the existing database resides on the same system as the results that are being copied, you will see the results in the selected project.
When you copy loss results or loss groups to a new database, AIR ExportExpress duplicates them in the new database, effectively creating a "portable loss results” database that is not associated with any exposure database or project. To view the results in the new database, you must attach them to a project using the option in the Data Source Management module.
After selecting the loss results that you want to export, you can specify other options, such as whether to recover space in the database
