Exporting Data Quality Results To CSV Files

You can export the results of any type of Data Quality Analysis, including scoring, validation, benchmark, and augmentation, to a basic CSV file.

After selecting the project containing the results that you want to export, you specify the types of reports that you want to generate.

Procedure

To export Data Quality Analysis results to a CSV file:

  1. On the global menu bar, click Export > Results > Data Quality to CSV.
  2. On the Source Results tab, select the project containing the Data Quality Analysis results to export.
    Note:

AIR ExportExpress does not include results from deleted databases in the grid.

  3. Under Computing Resources, in the Number of Cores fields, type the minimum and maximum number of cores to use for the Export job.
  4. On the Reports to Generate tab, select the category by which you want to export the results and how you want to group the results.

The list that you see depends on the type of Data Quality Analysis results that you selected in the Source list (Scoring, Validation, Augmentation, and so on). For example, if you select Scoring as the category, you can export the results by policy and group them in several different ways. Click here for a table that summarizes all the options.

  5. Specify the destination for the exported data.
  6. Optionally, deselect Close on Export to keep AIR ExportExpress open after you submit the export job.
  7. Click Export.
