Specifically, with Catalog Viewer, you can:

• Leverage from the global coverage of catastrophic events to make real-time analyses of your portfolios.
• Search for catastrophic events that meet a set of parameters crucial in determining the loss numbers associated with that event.
• Search for events by event identifiers, for example, the similar stochastic event (SSE) identifiers provided by Verisk's ALERT team.
• Access full tracks and intensity footprints, as well as hourly point data for each SSE.
• Create a collection of events of your interest and visualize one or more events on the Catalog Viewer map.
• Overlay global advisories data, such as National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) advisories, on the Catalog Viewer map.
• Draw and Save As different shape layers that you can use to search for events affecting your portfolio.
• Get a look at various industrial losses for the selected event immediately within Catalog Viewer and download for further use.
