Touchstone Re hot fix 10.0.13

This hot fix adds support in Touchstone Re 2022 (10.0) for CLFs exported from Touchstone 2023 (11.5).

The following U.S. model CLFs exported in Touchstone 2023 (11.5) will not be compatible for use in loss analyses run in Touchstone Re 2022 (10.0) without the expanded event mapping files included in this hot fix: 5, 8, 11, 13, 14, 22, 23, 27, 28. Other models do not require a hot fix to be compatible as their CLF model versions are unchanged between v10 and v11.5. CLFs for new models introduced in v11.5 (Middle East earthquake and Italy flood) are not covered by this hot fix and must be run in Touchstone Re 2023 (11.0) or higher.
