Touchstone hot fix 12.2.9
This hot fix corrects Touchstone known issue 443 that impacts the Verisk Wildfire Model for the United States. This fix should be applied to any v12 loss analyses that users plan to use in future California Wildfire filings with the Department of Insurance.

Download and Installation Instructions
- Before you proceed:
- Verify that Touchstone 2024 (12.0) is properly installed and working and that 12.2 updates already released for Touchstone 12.0 are installed prior to installing 12.2.9.
- Prior 12.2.x fixes are not included in 12.2.9.
- Verify there are no active jobs running in Activity Monitor.
- Use AIR's Download Manager to download and unzip the file TOUCHSTONE 12.2.9.
- Shut down all application processes including the IIS on the Application Server
as well as all AIR Services mentioned below on the Analysis Management Server
(HPC head node).
- AIR Activity Status Manager Service
- AIR Automation Agent
- AIR Output Manager Service
- AIR Core Push Notification Service
- Do not shut down AIR Core Version Service.
- In the Databases folder, run Setup.exe on each database (SQL) server; the InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
- On the Components folder, run Setup.exe on the Application Server (IIS) and on each Analysis Server (HPC compute node); the InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
- Reboot the Analysis servers (Compute Nodes) and the Analysis Management Server (HPC head node) and Application server (IIS).
