Creating a New Exposure Set

Creating new exposure sets.

In Portfolio mode, you can create an empty exposure set without importing data using AIR ImportExpress. You associate the new exposure set with an exposure view. You can then manually add exposure data to the exposure set.

Procedure

To create a new exposure set in a project:

  1. Open a project.
  2. In the All Exposure Views pane, click (New) and then select Create New Exposure Set.

The Create Exposure View and Set dialog box appears.

  3. In the Database field, select the destination database for the new exposure set.
  4. In the Exposure View Name field, type a name for the new exposure view.
  5. In the Exposure Set Name field, type a name for the new exposure set.
  6. Click Create.

Results

The new exposure view, with the new, empty exposure set, is listed in the All Exposure Views grid.

Next Steps

Open the exposure view. The Contract List pane appears where you can manually add contracts to the new exposure set in the new exposure view.
