Modifying exposure views.
You modify an exposure view to:
-
Add or remove exposure sets.
-
Filter the exposure view. For example, you might filter out a
specific area code.
-
Change the currency and rate settings.
-
Change the exposure view name.
When you add or remove exposure sets, Touchstone automatically refreshes
the Modify Exposure View pane for every user in your
business unit.
Procedure
To modify an exposure view:
-
Open a project.
-
In the navigation pane, in the Project Data area,
click All Exposure Views.

Click in the first column to select the exposure view without
opening it.
-
Click
(Edit) and then select
Modify Exposure View.
The Modify Exposure View pane displays the
list of available databases and exposure sets. The databases and
exposure sets included in the view are already selected.
-
Modify the exposure view.
The Save button becomes available.
-
Create one exposure view or create a separate view for each exposure
set.
-
Click Save.
If you selected Auto-generate exposure
summary, you can view the progress of the
regeneration in the Activity Monitor. After Touchstone regenerates
the exposure summary, you can view the new data in the
Exposure Summary Dashboard. If you
open the Exposure Summary Dashboard before
Touchstone
completes the regeneration, some parts of the dashboard may be
blank.
