This hot fix resolves known issue 379 where the U.S. Severe Thunderstorm model is not calculating losses correctly in Touchstone 10.0.
This hot fix resolves known issue 379, where the U.S. Severe Thunderstorm model is not calculating losses correctly in Touchstone v10.0 when the following criteria are met:
- An analysis contains multiple perils (including U.S. severe thunderstorm).
- The exposure location has perils coded in a columnwise manner.
- U.S. severe thunderstorm peril is not the first peril in the location.
- The exposure does not have any associated secondary modifiers.

Download and Installation Instructions
- Before you proceed:
- Verify that Touchstone Re 2022 (10.x) was properly installed.
- Verify there are no active HPC jobs running.
- DO NOT SHUT DOWN the AIR Core Version Service.
- Shut down all application processes including the IIS on the Application
Server.
- AIR Activity Status Manager Service
- AIR Automation Agent
- AIR Output Manager Service
- AIR.Core.PushNotification.Service
- Use AIR's Download Manager/> to download and unzip hot fix TOUCHSTONE 10.0.15.
- Run Setup.exe in the Components folder on each Analysis Server (HPC compute node), and Application Server (IIS); the InstallShield Wizard will guide you through each installation.
- Restart IIS on the Application Server.
- Reboot all servers.
